Though Caryl may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Caryl leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold List and Pauline List (Kassian). She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Fairbank; her children, Isaac C. Fairbank (Andrea Lawson) of Fundao, Portugal and Hannah R. Fairbank (Daniel C. Ehramjian) of Methuen, MA; her great-aunt Judy Fink (Arthur Fink) of Stoughton, MA; and her sister Elena Shanabrook (Nevin Shanabrook) of Ashland, MA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as a few great nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home and Cremation Service (80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844).
