He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Spriggs and Matilda Spriggs (Daher); and his siblings, Nancy Ciano, Richard Spriggs and Elaine Spriggs.

He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene H. Spriggs Jr. (Janet) of Marshfield, James K. Spriggs of Tewksbury, Kari Spriggs of Waltham and Judith Dean (James) of FLorida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
