He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fleming and Elizabeth Fleming (Roche); and his siblings, John, Paul Fleming and Elizabeth McMorrow.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Fleming (Hoyt); his daughters, Marybeth Fleming (Thomas Mullings) of Plaistow, NH and Katherine Proietti (Mark) of Methuen, MA; his grandchildren, Kelly, Kayla, Andrew, Katy and Adam; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Fleming. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
