He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Shaughnessy and Gertrude Shaughnessy Forest (Tessier). He is survived by: his caregivers, Charlotte Burd and Jackie Moisan; and his cousins, Shirley and Nancy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A prayer will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel (96 Riverneck Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
