He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Richard Smith and Truman Lamkin; and his pet Chloe. He is survived by: his father Steve Smith (Darlene P. Smith) of Fitchburg, MA; his uncle George; his aunt Maureen Baker; his children, Kayden Deshaies-Smith, Jaxon Smith and Kalli Smith; his mother Darlene "Dolly" Smith (Phillip Kelly) of Haverhill, MA; his brothers, Nicholas A. Smith of Manchester, NH and Brett A. Smith of Newbury, MA; his stepsiblings, Connor Griffin and Celena Valiente of Fitchburg, MA; his grandmothers, Agnes "Pat" Smith of Fitchburg, MA and Sandra Lamkin of Haverhill, MA; his partner Sarina Beaudette; and his partner's child Janaya. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
