He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ann Marie Ortiz (Long). He is survived by: his parents, Kerry A. Ortiz and William Fournier; his siblings, William Fournier and Alia Fournier; his grandfather Joseph Ortiz; and his uncle Michael Ortiz (Nicole). He is also survived by many loving cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
