Diane Lynn Avery Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 26, 2026, Diane Lynn Avery of Methuen, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Diane shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Diane farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dowd and Shirley Dowd (Vieweg); her son Jason Avery; and her brothers, Thomas Derochers and Neal Dowd.

She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Margolien of Salem, NH and Bill Dowd of Florida; and her significant other John Scribner of Methuen, MA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
