He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Maty Vargas; his parents, Jose M. Vargas and Higinia De Vargas; and his children, Felix Vargas Jr., Jazmany Caraballo, Tina Vargas, Jeffrey Vargas, Jennyfer Vargas and Chanelly Vargas. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren.
