He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Medina and Mary Medina; his siblings, Robert Medina (Elaine), John Medina (Shirley) and Elaine Davis (John); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Medina, Theresa Kater and Richard Aufiero.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ernest Medina, Marilyn Miguel (Tony), Mary Barreiro (Medina), Dennis Medina (Amira) and Ralph Medina (Mary); his sister-in-law Carole Aufiero; his niece Sharon Zacharias (Richard); and his daughter Gail Bratt (David).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Merrimack Valley Hospice, 360 Merrimack Street, Building 9, Lawrence, MA 01843, Attn: facilities manager.
