He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Azar and Antoinette Azar (Yacoub). He is survived by: his wife Gisele Azar (Saade) of Billerica; his children, Mikel Azar of Lowell and Antoinette Phillip (Akil) of Billerica; his brother Mario Azar of London; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Sebastian and Shepherd.
