He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bush and Kathleen Bush (Maguder); and his brother Christopher Maguder. He is survived by: his children, John J. Bush III and Kasey E. Bush; the mother of his children Karen E. Bush; and his sisters, Mary Beth Haggerty, Jo, Caroline Chretien, Kathleen Zappala and Martha McGuire. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and a great nephew; and countless friends.
