He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Woronka and Rose Tobak (Turchin); his siblings, Sandra Hall and Andrew P. Woronka; and his former wife Maryann Woronka (Graney).

He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Tracey Woronka) of Windham, NH and Andrew J. Woronka of Salem, NH.; and his granddaughters, Lindsey and Courtney Woronka of Windham, NH.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
