He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his mother Jill Stackelin of Methuen; his grandparents, John and Judith; his aunt Joy Stackelin Karpowicz (Paul); his cousins, Andrew Karpowicz (Eimhear) of Methuen, Nathan Karpowicz of Methuen and Matthew Karpowicz of Methuen; and his great-aunt Muriel Lee Boles of Haverhill. He is also survived by family members and friends.
