He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Arsenault and Mary Jane Arsenault (Perry); and his siblings, Roy Arsenault, Marie Gallant, Elmer Arsenault, Francis Arsenault and Doris Langtry.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Nartiff); his children, Grace Ann Lapointe (Michael) of Salem, NH, Michael Toohey (Charlene) of Salem, NH, Kathleen Toohey of Windham, NH and Elizabeth Fawcett (Bryan) of Lowell, MA; his grandchildren, Jason Lapointe and Melissa; his great grandchild Alexandria; and his daughter Emily. He is also survived by Child; and many nieces and nephews.
