He is survived by: his brothers, Jay Cummings of West Haven, CT, Brian Cummings (Richard Wein) of Boston and Tim Cummings (Donna) of Hamden, CT.; and his uncles, Timothy (Christine), Kyle (Danielle), Todd, Ryan and Joshua. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
