She was predeceased by: her spouse Merrill M. Perkins; and her brother Edmund Terreault. She is survived by: her children, Merrill Perkins, Jr., Kathleen Silva, Maryann Lavoie, Teresa Perkins and Thomas Perkins; and her siblings, Elaine Pitochelli, John Terreault, Claire Couture, Barbara Matachun and Francis Provost. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
