She is survived by: her children, Chris Dame (Kristie) and Brian Dame (Kristin Samuelsen); her grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Benton, Julianne and Meredith; her great grandchild Theodore; and her siblings, Nancy Lawrence, Donna Patrick, Dorothy Watson, Henry Arsenault and Karen Ekstrom.
