He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Armstrong and Betty Ann Armstrong of Danvers, MA. He is survived by: his wife Ruth B. Armstrong (Bamford); his sister Kathy A. Hussey (Mark C. Hussey); and his nieces and nephews, Jackie O. Hussey and Bryan S. Hussey. He is also survived by many cousins and aunts and uncles.
