He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Brightman (Adam) of Raymond, NH and Stacia Perrotta (Anthony) of Methuen; his brothers, Anthony Tokowicz of Methuen, Richard Tokowicz (Barbara Tomkins) of North Andover, MA and Edward Tokowicz of Methuen; his grandchildren, Kyle Urbanowicz, Ava, Sophia, Savannah and Anthony Perrotta; and his great grandchild Kaleigh Urbanowicz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
