She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Jannetti and Mary Jannetti (Catalano); her husbands, Joseph Malley and Alfred McGrath; her close friend Frank Keyes; her daughter Theresa A. Randall; and her siblings, Carl Jannetti and Ann Palermo.

She is survived by : her children, William Malley (Jill Potter), Mary Ellen Beeley (William) and Carleen Fleming (Jeffrey); her stepchildren, Mary Clark (Patrick) and Butch Keyes; her sister Ann Shirley Jannetti; and her niece Mary Ann Maranto (James). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
