He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Manning, Jr. and Linda Jean Manning (Rayen); his stepmother Judith A. Manning (Paulsen); his brother David A. Manning; and his pet Brigid.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Manning (Cushing); his sisters, Whitney (Paul Keeley) of Windham, Melissa (Anthony Morgante) of Andover and Rebecca (Justin Zuill) of Bedford; his siblings-in-law, Loretta, David Gangi of North Andover, Ronald of Melbourne, Florida., Karen Cushing of Melbourne, Florida. and Russell Cushing of Melbourne, Florida.; his siblings' children, Jacqueline, Katrina Gangi, Madyson, Adeline Keeley, Anthony, Linda Morgante, Savannah and Owen Zuill; and his pets, Millie, Fergus, Heather, Dublin and Shannon.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul's memory may be made to The National Kidney Foundation, American Diabetes Association and MSPCA-Angell.
