He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Fogarty and Julia Fogarty (Morrison); his wife Jean Fogarty (Campbell); and his siblings, Joyce McKenzie, Gerry Sullivan, Joseph Fogarty and Kenneth Fogarty.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Bracken (Paul) of Windham, NH, Kevin Fogarty of Methuen, MA, David Fogarty of Methuen, MA and Beth Anne Campbell (Ron Campbell) of Fort St; his siblings, Albert Fogarty, Claire McKenzie, Lois McInnis and Georgie MacAulay; his grandchildren, Josh, Chelsi, Sara, Dylan, Jordan and Jake; and his great grandchild Weston. He is also survived by several nieces and, nephews.
