With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phyllis M. Dube of Methuen, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As Phyllis departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Phyllis. Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James L Smith and Rosemary Morse; and her brother James Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John A. Dube; her children, Erica Aricidi (Philip) and James Dube (Jessenia Filomeno) of Methuen; her sister Theresa Freeman; and her aunts, Sandy and Carol. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Shrine (34 Common St, Lawrence, MA 01840).
