He is survived by: his wife Aida Chakar (Abou Samra); his sons, Charbel Chakar (Jessy) of Methuen, MA and Chadi Chakar (Nancy) of Methuen, MA; his brothers, John Chakar of Lawrence, MA, George Chakar (Sadie) of Lawrence, MA and Samir Chakar of Windham, NH.; and his grandchildren, Ella, Brandon, Liam and Luka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
