He was predeceased by: his parents, Emiliano Castillo and Eufemia Diaz. He is survived by: his wife Luz A. Castillo (DeLeon); his children, Rafael A. Castillo (Migdalia) of Methuen, Luz Y. Castillo (David) of Methuen and Rafinel Castillo (Mirossydisla) of Methuen; and his siblings, Ramona Castillo (Juan Diaz), Jose E. Castillo (Altagracia), Rafelito Castillo, Felix Castillo (Rosa Maria), Blanca Castillo (Florencio), Gladys Castillo (Cesar), Emiliano Castillo (Eugenia), Radame Castillo (Mincrua), Virgilio Castillo (Miosoty), Digna Castillo (Tomas), Gaspar Castillo, Ramon Castillo, Jesus Castillo (Juana), Yasiri Castillo (Jonathan) and Yoni Castillo. He is also survived by 50 loving nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home (126 Pleasant Valley St, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Parish (300 Haverhill St, Lawrence, MA 01841).
