He is survived by: his sons, Kevin H. Dykstra (Patty A. Dykstra) and Christopher P. Dykstra (Lynn J. Smith); and his grandchildren, Oliver Dykstra, Mackenzie Dykstra, Conner Dykstra, Simon Dykstra, Caroline Dykstra, Benjamin Dykstra and Nathaniel Dykstra.
