He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anthony Mele and Dora Mele (Paolino); his wife Kathleen (Bicknell); his children, Gina-Marie Wilkinson (Ricky Wilkinson), Robert G. Mele (Susan (Burke) Mele), Erica Romano (Michael Romano) and Audra Tamayo (Matt Tamayo); his grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew Wilkinson, Nick Mele, Danny McCarthy, Shannon Stedman (McCarthy), Lauren Polito (Romano), Lucas Romano, Owen and June Tamayo; and his brother John Mele. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
