We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 89, Sarah L. Gearlds of Methuen, Massachusetts, born in Lawrence, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Guiseppe Chiappone and Mary Chiappone; her daughter Cheryle Sullivan; her husband Michael, Sr. of Methuen; her fiancés, Michael Haley of Revere and Claude Gearlds (Kathy) of Poland, ME.; her brother Frank Chiappone of Clyde, TX; her grandchildren, Michael Sullivan (Jillian), Christopher Sullivan (Gena), Tabitha Libby (Nate), Tyler Maclay, Kyle Maclay (Isabella) and Brendan Gearlds; and her great grandchildren, Arianna Libby, Amaya Libby, Liam Sullivan and Keegan Sullivan. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home (233 Lawrence St, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
