She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Hamel (Charest) and Pierre Hamel. She is survived by: her sons, Donald A. LaPlante (Denise) of Manchester, NH and Kenneth G. LaPlante (Johanna) of Marlborough, MA; her grandchildren, Melissa Clayton (Joshua Clayton), Kevin LaPlante (Pamela Helliwell), Katherine Stewart (Nick Stewart), Krista LaPlante (RJ Litchfield) and Michael LaPlante; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Jackson and Madison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
