She is survived by: her children, Elvis Mejia (Claudia Vanegas Mejia) and Edgar Mejia; and her siblings, Luz Altagracia Sanquintin, Angela Rafaela Sanquintin, Rafael Antonio Sanquintin, Minerva Emilia Sanquintin, Richardson Ramades Sanquintin, Clara Vianela Sanquintin and Victoria Torres. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
