He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol O'Dowd (Stevens) and William T. O'Dowd Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Spencer B. O'Dowd and Devon Boudreau (Levi); his grandchildren, John and Eleanor Boudreau; and his siblings, Michael C. O'Dowd (Mary Ellen) of Bradford, Jean M. O'Dowd of Methuen and Peter J. O'Dowd (Lisa) of Amesbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
