We are sad to announce that, on January 4, 2023, at the age of 80, Barbara Anne Otto of Middleboro, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard P. Otto, Sr.; her parents, Harry H. and Mary A. Belmore (Martin); and her sister Mary Marzelli. She is survived by: her children, Bernard P. Otto, Jr. (Debbie) of Douglas and Deborah A. Vesey (Robert) of Middleboro; her brother Robert Belmore (Jeanne Owen) of Sarasota, FL; and her grandchildren, Amanda Jones of Uxbridge, Cassandra Hatstat of Douglas, Christopher Vesey of Fall River, Nichole Botelho of Middleboro and Mathew Vesey of North Attleboro. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

She also enjoyed crocheting hats to donate to babies in hospitals and making worry worms and leaving them for people to find with inspirational messages attached.
