He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Buote and Mary Buote (Hughes); and his siblings, James Buote, Jr., Rita Costello, Louis Buote, Lena Leard and Mary Theresa Sweeney.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Buote (Belushko); and his children, Jacquelyn Gottwald (Kevin) of Easton and Jeffrey Buote (Gail) of Bridgewater. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farley Funeral Home (358 Park St, Stoughton, MA 02072). A prayer was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
