He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Forsythe of Florida and Richard Dahill (Kimberly) of Marshfield; his grandchildren, Ryan, Adam and Michael; his great grandchild Orion; and his girlfriend Diane Ward of Bourne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
