He is survived by: his sons, William III (Cindy), Matthew (Anna-Maria) and Stephen (Kim); his grandchildren, Michael (Kate Finnegan), Andrew (Mairin) and Lucia; his great grandchild Eleanor; and his siblings, Russell Perkins and Mary Cifrino.
