He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Caswell and Alice E. Caswell (Dunham); and his siblings, Henry, William, George, Eleanor Delfino, Wilma Zilonis, Marion McInnes, Meredith Davis and Sylvia McMannus.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Caswell (Freitas); his sons, Jeffrey S. Caswell (Jody), Darren Caswell and Dale E. Caswell (Diana); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Kyle, Brianna and Benjamin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
