It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Ann Johnson of Middleborough, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Wendell Gilchrist and Charlotte Gilchrist (Blair); her close friend Charles Green; and her sister Grace McCann. She is survived by : her children, Alfred Johnson (Jayne Chellman) of Pembroke, Carl Johnson (Maureen) of Foxboro, Heather Tracey (James) of Rochester and Gilbert Johnson (Kimberly) of Freetown; her grandchildren, Erin, Brendan, Deirdre, Megan, Christian and Andrew; and her siblings, Wendell Gilchrist of Roanoke, VA, Kenneth Gilchrist of Dedham and Tracy Williamson of Roanoke, VA. She is also survived by many loving niece and nephews.
