He is survived by: his children, David and Elizabeth; his granddaughter Sarah; his son-in-law Peter; his wife Julie; his great grandchildren, Maddox, Finn, Chase, Declan, Henry, Laiken and Mira; Marilyn (Alan), Lillian, Ted and Rainer.
