With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol A. Bernhard of Middleton, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 10, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her husband John; her children, Jason (Christina), Olivia and Jim (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Haylee, Devyn and Madison; her daughter Michelle (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Kyle, Ian, Jack and Catie; and her brother Jim (Cheryl). She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, her friends were all part of her extended family.

As a teen she worked at the Blue Bell Restaurant in Middleton Square, then as a nursing assistant at Danvers State Hospital until she began her work as in-home health advocate for Alzheimer's and dementia patients.
