Charles Colbert Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Charles Colbert (Middleton, Massachusetts). Charles, born on November 22, 1945, passed away on August 24, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Colbert to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Colbert and Edward Colbert; and his brother Thomas Colbert. He is survived by: his in-laws, Natalie and Welman McFarland; his friend Jeanie; his sister-in-law Thomas Colbert (Rosemary); his brothers, Edward (Kathy) and Patrick; his sons, Joseph (Marcia), Paul and Daniel Colbert; his wife Jean Joy McFarland Colbert; his grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary, Jessica, Jillian, Cameron and Caitlyn; Natalie McFarland and Gwen Rogers. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mackey Funeral Home (128 S Main St #114, Middleton, MA 01949). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Parish (12 Park St, Topsfield, MA 01983).
