With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur E. Mulligan Jr. in Milford, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Mulligan Sr. and Margaret Mulligan (Lynch); and his sister Kathleen Mulligan of Falmouth. He is survived by: his wife Faith Mulligan (Connolly); his children, Kevin Mulligan (Sophia Mulligan) of Clinton, Katie, Ava and Tracey Walker (Geoffrey) of Medford; his grandchildren, Avery and Drew; and his sister Karen Varney (Robert) of Upton. He is also survived by two daughters and grandchildren.
