He is survived by: his wife Cathy McEleney; his parents, Charles Waters and Catherine Waters; and his sisters, Michele (Charles) of Berlin, MA and Suzanne (Larry) of Nova Scotia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
