He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Woloski and Harriet Woloski (Revell); his daughter Tracy; and his son-in-law Thomas Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Woloski (Coburn) of Milford; his children, Thomas M. Woloski (Deidre), Andrea Boutiette (Michael) of Charlton and Michelle Dubois (David) of Sharon; and also Bruce Woloski (Gail) of Blackstone.
