He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Rose Burch (Hunt); and his parents, Lester H. Burch and Thelma C. Burch (Jay). He is survived by: his sons, Adam Burch (Michele) of Norfolk and Nathan Burch of Wrentham; his sister Kathi Kishkorn; his cousin Kathy Jay Burch; and his grandchildren, Remy Burch of Norfolk, Sydney Burch of Norfolk and Dylan Burch of Norfolk.
