He was predeceased by: his wife Astrid Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Ron Scott and Robin Mazzone (Fran); and his grandchildren, Joe Mazzone, John Mazzone (Amy), Samantha Fleming (Dan) and Jessica Parrella (Matt). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the VNA, whose care and support provided great comfort in his final days.
