She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Duggan and Myrtle Duggan (Healy); her brother Michael; and her brother-in-law Scott. She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her sons, Patrick (Katie Guilbeault) of Wakefield and Willem of Sutton; her siblings, Bonnie Slatky (Paul) of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Colleen Shrovnal (Steve) of Green Bay, Wisconsin and David Duggan (Penny) of Green Bay, Wisconsin; her friends, Julie Nader, Marcia Pratt, Margie Spino and Spino; and her nieces and nephews, Brandon, Charity, Jake, Jeremiah, Matthew, Nicholas and Allison. She is also survived by sisters; many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations in Donna's memory be made to the Lake Singletary Watershed Association, P.O. Box 332, Sutton, MA, 01590.
