Florence E. Powers Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2025, Florence E. Powers of Millbury, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Powers; her parents, John Sharp and Margaret Sharp; her sisters, Eva Higginson and Ruth Fugere-Downs (Robert Downs); her nephew Alan Fugere; and her son-in-law Joel Bjork (Audrey Mogren).

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Bjork of Gilmanton, N. H., David Powers of Belmont, N. H. and Robert Powers (Annette) of Millbury; and her cousin Janet Ellis of Hopedale. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mulhane Home For Funerals (45 N Main St, Millbury, MA 01527).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Friends of Millbury Seniors, 1 River St., Millbury 01527.
