He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Cahill and Alice Keith Cahill; and his siblings, William Cahill of California, Harold Caill of Worcester and Nancy Stone of Auburn.

He is survived by: his sister Karen Maynard; and his brother-in-law William Maynard of Sutton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
