He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara H. Kamendulis (Ozarowski); his parents, Stanley Kamendulis and Mary Kamendulis (Paulauskas); and his brother Paul Kamendulis. He is survived by: his close friend Danny Burmer (Barbara) of Millbury. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
