He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Boutilette and Alice Boutilette (Lestha). He is survived by: his wife Emily Boutilette (Hanley) of Webster; his children, Stephen A. Boutilette of Webster, Becca M. Boutilette of Webster and Alexis B. Boutilette of Webster; and his siblings, Robert Boutilette Jr. of Charlton, Donmarie Boutilette-Smith of Oxford and Patricia Boutilette of Charlton. He is also survived by aunt; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
