Patrick left this world on September 26, 2025 at the age of 54, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Boutilette and Alice Boutilette (Lestha). He is survived by: his wife Emily Boutilette (Hanley) of Webster; his children, Stephen A. Boutilette of Webster, Becca M. Boutilette of Webster and Alexis B. Boutilette of Webster; and his siblings, Robert Boutilette Jr. of Charlton, Donmarie Boutilette-Smith of Oxford and Patricia Boutilette of Charlton. He is also survived by aunt; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paradis-Givner Funeral Home (357 Main St, Oxford, MA 01540). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Brigid's Church (59 Main St, Millbury, MA 01527).
